looking for an individual to take my place in a house share. Situated in kingston, Tasmania. nice area, quiet neighbourhood, i need to move out for medical reasons. 18 year old female also occupies the house with her pet kitten. 140 per person per week, water is included in the rent, only two power bills left until the lease runs out, small electric heater in the loungeroom, need to use less and less coming into the warmer months. great place to live over summer as it catches the sunlight. space for one car, plus guest parking. it has a small backyard not fenced, the kitten spends the majoirty of time in doors. the room up for rent is slightly smaller than the master room, gets afternoon sun if new tennant wishes to pay less rent for the smaller room this will need to be negotiated with the current tennant.
